Bicycle Safety Action Plan StudyProject Summary: The purpose of the Bicycle Safety Action Plan is to identify improvements, programs, and strategies that upon their implementation will reduce the frequency of bicycle fatal and injury crashes, and in particular those that occur on the State Highway System in Arizona.
