Remittances are deposited with the Accounting Section and after deposit no refunds can be made. Your cooperation is requested by including your remittance for the exact amount with your order. Cash, checks and money orders will be accepted. Purchase Orders of the Federal Government, the states and other political subdivisions will be honored. Regarding mail orders, payment must be received prior to shipment. Cash should not be sent with mail orders.
There is no sales tax charged on purchases. Payment must accompany all orders, and must be in U.S. currency only.
Checks and money orders should be made payable to Arizona Department of Transportation. For shipment to Canada or Mexico, a surcharge of 25 percent and for shipment to all other countries, a surcharge of 50 percent of the net amount of the order must be included in the payment.
Orders not called for in person normally will be forwarded by third-class mail. Parcel Post or express may be utilized for large orders. Delivery charges are prepaid. Allow normal mailing time plus one day for order process. Items reproduced by "Special Order" will require additional time.
